Currently we are spending a good deal of our time investing in New Orleans. August 26, 2008, marked the three year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. Currently 81% of the pre-Katrina workforce and 89% of the pre-Katrina population are back.
The city presents some fantastic redevelopment opportunities in various areas of town. Since the summer of 2008, TYG has been taking advantage of these opportunities in multi-family and mixed use projects.
